This initial phase focuses on establishing the project's operational and strategic groundwork. We will analyze international best practices and formalize the collaborative frameworks that will guide our work.<\/div>

  • Formalizing Partnerships (MS1 - Month 6):<\/strong> All legal and financial agreements with our consortium partners, subcontractors, and procurement processes are finalized.<\/li>
  • Launching Quality Management (MS4 - Month 6):<\/strong> The project\u2019s internal digital Quality Management Platform becomes fully operational to ensure transparency and monitor progress.<\/li>
  • Best Practice Collection (MS5 - Month 5):<\/strong> Our European partners complete a comprehensive overview of existing VR\/AR\/simulation best practices in education.<\/li>
  • Strategic Evaluation (MS7 - Month 7):<\/strong> We finalize the evaluation report on the collected best practices, providing a clear evidence base to guide the development of our own tools.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    With a solid foundation, this phase is dedicated to the creation of our core intellectual outputs. Our teams will work collaboratively to design and build the first iteration of the tools and methodologies.<\/div>

    • Defining Core Content (MS9 - Month 7):<\/span><\/strong> Based on our needs analysis, the priority topics and industrial processes for the first VR\/AR simulations are selected.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Toolbox 1.0 Development (MS10 - Month 8):<\/span><\/strong> The initial version of our VR\/AR design toolkit is completed and prepared for internal testing.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Initial Try-Out & Feedback (MS11 - Month 15):<\/span><\/strong> The first try-out of Toolbox 1.0 is completed, and a feedback report is generated to guide the next iteration.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Finalizing Methodology (MS12 - Month 16):<\/span><\/strong> The core methodology for the effective use of VR and AR simulations in a teaching context is established.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      • Peer Reviewer Training (MS15 - Month 16):<\/span><\/strong> A network of peer reviewers is trained, and all documentation for observing and evaluating the piloting is finalized.<\/span><\/li>
      • Strategic Plans for Centers (MS18 - Month 24):<\/span><\/strong> The comprehensive business and strategic plans for the MaDE-Pedagogy and MaDE-Technology Centers are finalized.<\/span><\/li>
      • Securing the Future (MS19 - Month 24):<\/span><\/strong> The official Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for the statutes of the MaDE-Centers are signed, securing their institutional foundation.<\/span><\/li>

        • Ensuring Quality for the Future (MS25 - Month 23):<\/span><\/strong> The official concept for long-term benchmarking of VR\/AR in education is elaborated for ongoing quality assurance.<\/span><\/p><\/li>
