1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the MaDE-for-UASs project website and publicly available materials, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Partner Login and internal tools may be subject to additional access rules for consortium members.

2. About the project and this website

MaDE-for-UASs (Methodology and Didactic Education for Universities of Applied Sciences) is a three-year (2024–2027) capacity-building action co-funded by the European Union under Erasmus+ CBHE, Grant Agreement No. 101179337, coordinated by Kotebe University of Education with Dire Dawa University as co-coordinator.

This website provides public information about project goals, partners, impact, news, events, press releases, resources, and opportunities. It is not a substitute for official university admissions, HR, or legal policies of any partner institution.

3. EU co-funding disclaimer

Co-funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed on this website are those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). Neither the European Union nor EACEA can be held responsible for them.

4. Intellectual property

• Site design, project branding, text, photographs, and multimedia are owned by the consortium or respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
• Open educational resources may carry a specific open licence. Where none is stated, contact the secretariat before commercial reuse.
• Partner logos appear for identification of consortium members and must not be used to imply endorsement of third-party products without permission.
• Press releases may be quoted by media with accurate attribution to MaDE-for-UASs and the stated date/location.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to Partner Login areas; disrupt the site; inject malware; submit unlawful or harmful content; misrepresent your identity; or use project materials in ways that violate applicable law or these terms.

6. User-submitted information

When you send a message via Get Involved or email, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep news, events, milestones, and project descriptions accurate. Dates and details may be updated as delivery progresses. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of employment, procurement award, or academic admission unless expressly stated in an official call.

8. Career, training, and procurement notices

Career and opportunity postings may include separate application instructions. Procurement or e-GP processes follow Ethiopian public procurement rules where applicable. Always follow the instructions on the specific notice.

9. External links

The site may link to partner universities, NADRE, EU portals, or other services. We are not responsible for external content, availability, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the consortium disclaims warranties of completeness, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kotebe University of Education, consortium partners, and their staff shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of—or inability to use—this website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
