National Network of Certified Trainers

The national network multiplies project capacity beyond the two hubs. Certified master trainers design and apply VR/AR educational tools and train colleagues across regional UAS faculties.

The cascade model moves from European–Ethiopian ToT intensives to local multiplier workshops, aiming toward 60 certified trainers and broader staff reach (project target: 3,000 academic staff). Further cascade ToT events continue through 2026–2027.

This network is central to sustainability: trained trainers remain in institutions and can update immersive modules as equipment and curricula evolve.
