National Resonance Group (NRG)
Active industry–university council for World-of-Work alignment—formally launched 28 October 2025 with MoU and Charter.
Scope & design
The National Resonance Group (NRG) is a permanent public–private advisory council linking MaDE-for-UASs with technology companies, TVET actors, and university leaders. It was formally launched on 28 October 2025 in Addis Ababa with an MoU and Advisory Charter.
NRG members advise on labour-market relevance, curriculum fit, and industry collaboration. The group meets as an independent advisory body and feeds policy and practice dialogues, including conference and forum sessions.
Unlike a future plan, the NRG is already operating and is a key vehicle for impact beyond the Erasmus+ grant lifetime.
